Dear Parents,

Welcome to Term 3.

This term marks the final stage of schooling for our Year 12 students. I would like to wish them every success as they prepare for their final assessments and examinations. I am incredibly proud of the way they have approached their studies this year and the positive example they continue to set as role models within our school community.

This week we held our Parent-Teacher Interviews. Thank you to the families who attended and engaged in discussions regarding student progress. If you were unable to attend and would still like to meet with your child's teacher, please contact them via email to arrange an alternative time.

Last term, students in Years 7 to 10 participated in the Australian Geography Competition . I would like to acknowledge all students who took part and congratulate those who received awards.

We have kicked off Term 3 with some fun and engaging team-building activities! Students were challenged to organise themselves into height order, birth month order, and even birth date order, all without speaking. As you can imagine, there was plenty of laughter, creative problem-solving, and teamwork as students found ways to communicate silently.

Next, students put their engineering skills to the test with a spaghetti and marshmallow challenge. Working collaboratively, they designed and built structures incorporating a variety of 2D and 3D shapes. While it was certainly a little messy, it was a fantastic hands-on activity that encouraged creativity, critical thinking, and cooperation. We have loved seeing students embrace these challenges and work together so enthusiastically.

Introducing the Campus Support Team (CST)

Following a successful pilot at our Sydney Australia campus, our campus has a new volunteer structure called the Campus Support Team (CST), which comes into effect on day one of the new school year. This replaces the previous Campus Board and Campus Administrator roles and is part of a global initiative to simplify our volunteer operations while strengthening community support.

The CST consists of three members aligned to Pastoral Care, Culture, and Operations & Buildings. This transition strengthens community support, streamlines volunteer roles, and ensures consistent processes across all campuses.
