Dear Parents,

Last week was exam week for students in years 7 to 11. I would like to congratulate the students on their application and focus throughout.

On Tuesday, we were fortunate to welcome members of the leadership team to our campus, including Global Chief Operating Officer Anat Hassner, Regional Director of Education Paul Maher, Regional Principal Travis Hopgood, Regional Team Leader Scott Cantrill, along with Elisse Hellyer, Nicole Doherty and Alana Brown.

They spent time speaking with our CAs, CB, CP and SLT, and it was wonderful to have our special visitors at school.

I will be away for the remainder of the term. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your child’s homeroom teacher or Mr Ken Mooney.

Canteen Voucher Winners

During this week’s Healthy Food lessons, students enjoyed working in the Food Technology space where they prepared and served two delicious dishes - taco bowls and bacon and vegetable muffins. Not only did students enjoy tasting their creations, but they also discovered that healthy food can be both satisfying and full of flavour. Throughout the process, they explored a variety of tastes and textures while developing their confidence and skills in the kitchen.

This Semester students explored Still-Life compositions and watercolours. Students used the elements and principles of design to express emotion in their works.

​​Students also had a lesson to explore the medium of Soft Pastels to create landscapes.

Year 9/10 Industrial Technology Timber – Side Table Project

Our Year 9/10 students have been hard at work designing and producing their own practical projects, creating custom side tables that showcase both their creativity and developing technical skills. As part of the process, students have utilised our laser cutter to engrave unique designs of their choice, adding a personalised and professional finish to their work.

The class has demonstrated excellent effort, collaboration, and a willingness to learn new techniques throughout the project. It has been fantastic to see their ideas come to life in such high-quality pieces.

These impressive projects will be coming home very soon—be sure to make space to display them with pride!

OSG Persona Program 2026: Feedback month starts now!

The 2026 persona program, OneSchool Global’s annual feedback and development program will kick off in July across OSG’s Southern Hemisphere campuses. The Persona Program is an important activity on the OSG calendar supporting staff to reflect on their practice, build on strengths and continue to grow.

The program runs across three phases:

Phase 1: Feedback20 - 31 July 2026

Phase 2: Development & Goal Setting17 August - 11 September 2026

Phase 3: Growth14 September - end October 2026

Parents are an important part of this program. If selected to participate to share your feedback, you will receive an email on 20 July from Qualtrics asking you to complete a short questionnaire on your Campus Principal, teachers or other team members of the campus. All responses are confidential and reviewed alongside other feedback to ensure balance and fairness.
