Term 1 - Week 10
CP Report
Last week was particularly busy, with both Parent–Teacher Interviews and the Swan Hill–hosted Athletics Carnival taking place. I would like to extend a huge thank you to Mrs Evans and Mr Graham for their leadership and organisation, which ensured both events ran so smoothly.
Thank you also to the many staff and community volunteers who contributed behind the scenes, preparing materials, organising clipboards, cooking, transporting equipment, setting up in the early hours, and staying back to pack up at the end of the day. Despite very windy conditions, the Athletics Carnival ran seamlessly, which was a credit to the collective effort, flexibility, and teamwork of all involved.
As we moved toward the end of term, our Royal Children’s Hospital fundraiser, including the car wash and stalls, was a wonderful example of our community spirit in action. A sincere thank you to the students and staff who gave their time, energy, and enthusiasm to make the day such a success. We also greatly appreciate the ongoing support of our parents and wider community, whose generosity continues to support both our school and this important cause.
I would also like to extend a special thank you to Mr Murray for his ongoing support of our school and students. His work supporting special programs and maintaining our facilities plays an important role in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and functional learning environment for all.
We were also pleased to welcome Mr Frank Vetere and Ms Louise Johns to Swan Hill recently. During their visit, they met with a wide range of students and staff, providing valuable opportunities for connection and discussion. Mr Vetere toured the campus with the Senior Leadership Team and attended a very positive Board meeting.
A special THANK YOU to our canteen volunteers and library volunteers. Amazing effort was put in the set up the OSG Swan Hill Campus Library in Room 1.
End of Term Student Achievement Celebrations

Both students demonstrate these qualities in their learning and interactions.
The Athletics Integrity Award was awarded to Alsa, recognising her fairness, honesty, and respectful conduct throughout the athletics program.

Through regular tutorial attendance with Ms Daly, he successfully caught up on Chapters 1 to 3, and went on to complete Chapters 4, 5, and 7 coursework ahead of time. Saxon has also demonstrated strong improvements in Mathematical Methods.
Congratulations to all students recognised this term. These achievements reflect resilience, integrity, and a strong commitment to learning. Thank you to staff and families for the support you provide in helping our students succeed.
As we head into the Easter break, thank you once again to everyone for a strong and positive end to the term. Rest and recharge ready for strong Term 2.
