Yesterday Cowra had their end of term assembly where the students showcased what they have been working on this term. The Bronze and Silver Merit Award recipients also received their awards.

Cowra Visit to Orange

In week 8 Cowra Campus travelled to Orange to participate in a range of team building and athletic activities to build connections and leadership skills. Teams had fun creating scenes and costumes out of newspaper and enjoyed having mixed volleyball games. We are hoping to do many more activities together this year as a combined Cowra/Orange Primary team.

Primary have been studying Indigenous Australian Art and have created dot paintings for their major work piece this term.

German

Students have been investigating festivals in Germany. Here are some of the posters about the Speyer Bretzelfest and the Pumpkin Festival.

Mr Priest has been working with SLT to come up with some exciting sport activities that can be completed for all Year 7 to 12 students. Our first sport of the 'Round Robin Sporting Competition' was Volleyball. It was a fabulous afternoon of fun, the students played some exciting rounds that saw Team 2 come out the overall winners. We look forward to continuing the competition next term!
