From the Campus Principal
Dear Parents and Community,
Welcome back to Term 2. Over the past fortnight, our campus has been busy as usual!
Our Mother’s Day event was a wonderful occasion, bringing families together to celebrate the special mums in our school community. Thank you to all staff, student leaders and families who contributed to making the morning so special – and a big thank you to Mrs Saunders for her organisation of the event.
Students in Years 7, 9 and 11 have been participating in their OSG Aware sessions, with a focus on developing and understanding healthy relationships. These sessions provide valuable opportunities for students to build skills in communication, respect and personal wellbeing, which are key to supporting positive interactions both within and beyond our school.
We also completed our annual school photos, with some great class photos included further in this newsletter.
Looking ahead, we are excited for our upcoming Mission Nutrition event on 18 May. This initiative is designed to promote healthy lifestyle choices, helping students better understand the importance of nutrition, physical wellbeing and making informed decisions about their health. We look forward to students engaging in this practical and informative day.
Kind regards,
Mr. Aaron Lehtonen
