Berwick Campus is buzzing with excitement this week as we welcome the arrival of our brand‑new 3D printer. This addition opens up fantastic opportunities for student creativity, hands‑on learning, and innovative project work across the campus. A big thankyou goes to Enzo, whose knowledge and enthusiasm made the setup process smooth and stress‑free.

His support means we’re ready to hit the ground running and bring our ideas to life in 3D.

Last week our Primary students felt very important, they got to take over the Secondary LC while the rest of the school was away! There was lots of excitement about sitting at the “big kids’” desks and learning in a new space. They handled it like pros and absolutely loved the change of scenery.

They’ve also been working hard all week, earning stamps for great effort, teamwork and positive choices. Today they got to reap the rewards, ice-cream toppings! 🍦 The concentration levels were just as high while carefully choosing (and generously sprinkling!) their well-earned extras.

Safe to say there were lots of smiles, a little bit of sugar-fuelled excitement, and a very proud group of students. What a fun way to wrap up the week!

On Friday 6 March, year 10s from across Victoria went to Eastern Beach in Geelong to undertake fieldwork for their Geography Assignment on Environmental Change and Management. This Assignment requires students to identify an environmental challenge at a given location, undertake their own primary data collection and write up a field report with suggestions on how to manage the issue. This is designed to mirror the real-life work of Geographers around the world. We also get students to undertake an observational walk of the site and complete a field sketch of the location as additional evidence gathering. A great day was had by all students who appreciated getting out of the classroom to apply their learning.

A Day in the Life of a Year 11 Student

The Year 11's are excited to share with you what a Day in the Life looks like at OSG. Please Enjoy.

We are looking for volunteers to assist with the following events:

Primary School – Year Level Assistance

* Year 3 & 4 Girls

* Year 3 & 4 Boys

* Year 5 & 6 Girls

* Year 5 & 6 Boys

Secondary School – Event Assistance

* Shot Put

* Long Jump

* High Jump

Volunteers may assist with:

* Measuring results

* Recording scores in marshalling folders

* Supervising and organising students into groups

* Staff will be allocated to each event — volunteers will be supporting staff on the day.

* If you are available to help, please email admin.berwick@au.oneschoolglobal.com with:

* The area you would like to volunteer in.

Your preferred time slot between 9am - 1.30pm

Example:
I will volunteer for Shot Put from 10:00am – 11:00am.

At OneSchool Global AU, all Year 10 students complete the Certificate III in Business as part of their curriculum. This qualification equips students with practical skills in administration, communication, and workplace technology - essential tools for success in senior study, part-time work, and future careers.

Completing the Certificate III in Business helps students develop confidence, organisation, and a professional mindset. It provides a real-world context for learning and gives every student a head start in understanding the business world.

We are proud to offer this program as a core part of Year 10, ensuring all students gain these valuable skills and are prepared for the next stage of their education and beyond. Students who complete all requirements will be awarded the national qualification - Certificate III in Business. Students who are only able to complete part of the qualification will still receive a statement of attainment, providing credit for the units they do achieve.

Your encouragement at home can make a real difference. We encourage parents to support their young person by discussing their learning, celebrating achievements, and encouraging them to apply the skills they are developing. Together, we can help every student succeed and make the most of this valuable qualification.
