Yr 5/6 Pathway 2
Parliament Unit Success!
Our Year 5/6 Pathway 2 students have been thoroughly enjoying their Humanities unit on Parliament and government. Throughout the term, they have shown an excellent understanding of the roles and responsibilities of Australia’s local, state, and federal governments.
To demonstrate their learning, students created a series of impressive visual displays that showcased how each level of government works and why these responsibilities matter in our community. Their work was thoughtful, detailed, and showed just how deeply they engaged with the topic.
We are incredibly proud of their effort, creativity, and growing civic understanding—well done, Pathway 2!

Primary Choir
Primary Students Thrive in Weekly Choir Sessions
Our Primary students continue to shine in their weekly choir sessions led by Rina. Students have been enjoying exploring body percussion and developing their musical confidence by singing in rounds—learning to listen closely, hold their part, and blend their voices with others.
We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Lyn, who, along with Rina, supported and guided our young singers throughout last year and finished with us just last week. Her enthusiasm and dedication have laid a wonderful foundation for the children’s musical journey.
We are excited to see the students continue growing in confidence, teamwork, and musical expression this term!

Secondary Sport
The much-anticipated Athletics Carnival in Swan Hill on Friday 27th March is only a few weeks away! Some secondary students have been training for the big event this term. It's challenging trying to get access to training facilities but luckily, we're flexible and can make do. Some equipment has been taken home to allow for additional training.
Students are taking on feedback as they're very keen to improve their technique and thus their times and distances. Their positive attitudes are also really helping their performances.
Looking forward to seeing the results on this fabulous day of the year!
FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE CARNIVAL.
PLEASE BYO CHAIRS.

Year 10 Geography Trip
On Friday 6 March, year 10s from across Victoria went to Eastern Beach in Geelong to undertake fieldwork for their Geography Assignment on Environmental Change and Management. This Assignment requires students to identify an environmental challenge at a given location, undertake their own primary data collection and write up a field report with suggestions on how to manage the issue. This is designed to mirror the real life work of Geographers around the world. We also get students to undertake an observational walk of the site and complete a field sketch of the location as additional evidence gathering. A great day was had by all students who appreciated getting out of the classroom to apply their learning.

LEGO CLUB
Primary Lego Club is back and bursting with imagination! Meeting once a week, this club gives students the chance to dive into a world of colour, creativity, and hands‑on fun. Each session, builders of all ages work together (or independently!) to dream up amazing structures—from soaring towers to speedy inventions and everything in between.
Lego Club is a joyful space where problem‑solving, teamwork, and big ideas come to life. It’s the perfect blend of play and creativity, and it’s always a highlight of the week!
Certificate III in Business: A Key Part of Yr 10 at OSG
At OneSchool Global AU, all Year 10 students complete the Certificate III in Business as part of their curriculum. This qualification equips students with practical skills in administration, communication, and workplace technology - essential tools for success in senior study, part-time work, and future careers.
Completing the Certificate III in Business helps students develop confidence, organisation, and a professional mindset. It provides a real-world context for learning and gives every student a head start in understanding the business world.
We are proud to offer this program as a core part of Year 10, ensuring all students gain these valuable skills and are prepared for the next stage of their education and beyond. Students who complete all requirements will be awarded the national qualification - Certificate III in Business. Students who are only able to complete part of the qualification will still receive a statement of attainment, providing credit for the units they do achieve.
Your encouragement at home can make a real difference. We encourage parents to support their young person by discussing their learning, celebrating achievements, and encouraging them to apply the skills they are developing. Together, we can help every student succeed and make the most of this valuable qualification.
Congratulations!
We would like to congratulate Miss Latta on her engagement to Jayden.
