Update From the Campus Principal Albury 2026 T3 W2
Staff Announcement
Mrs Claire Cooper has resigned from her position at OneSchool Global Albury to pursue further career opportunities and personal interests. Claire made a valued contribution to the school through her teaching of English and HSIE as well as her involvement in the Assignment Design process. We thank Claire for her dedicated service over the past 11 years and wish her every success in her future endeavours. Thank you to Mrs Kristie Gurney for stepping into a casual position to cover Claire’s timetable.
Winter Evening
Thank you for your patience while we organised the best date for the Winter Evening, which is now confirmed for Thursday 20 August at 6:00 pm. We are hoping for 100% attendance and will present data-driven outcomes and expectations while making the evening enjoyable with fun games, Food Technology student cooking, and an update on proposed building works and how students will continue to learn whilst construction is taking place over the next six months.
Campus Principal Day
Thank you for the lovely gifts and words of gratitude from the staff and students today. As we celebrate Global Campus Principal Day, I am reminded of the privilege of working at OSG in this position and acknowledge the support of students, staff, parents, and the community. Thank you!
AI Student Update
A lot of work is going on behind the scenes to ensure a fun and interactive AI Day for the students in the coming weeks. AI has changed the way students respond to tasks, from instant homework help and personalised study quizzes to language translation and creative brainstorming tools. AI is becoming a digital assistant in the modern classroom. While it offers exciting ways for students to understand tough topics faster, it also means parents and teachers must guide children to use it as a tool for learning rather than a shortcut for doing the thinking for them. More information will follow on how OSG will approach this exciting but challenging development in IT.
Campus Support Team
Previously known as Campus Administration, the recent restructure now consists of a newly appointed Campus Support Team (CST). For our campus, the only real change is the position description, as most previous CA members have remained.
Natalie Mayberry Introduction
Hi there! My name is Nat and I am looking forward to joining the OSG team in the coming weeks. My background in education has predominately been working with students with disabilities in specialist and mainstream school settings. I am looking forward to working with the OSG community to support everyone in their knowledge of Braille, Orientation and Mobility, and assistive technology. Outside of school, you can often find me outdoors exploring with my dog Saffy and dabbling in photography.
