Introducing the Campus Support Team (CST)
Following a successful pilot at our Sydney Australia campus, our campus has a new volunteer structure called the Campus Support Team (CST), which comes into effect on day one of Term 3. This replaces the previous Campus Board and Campus Administrator roles and is part of a global initiative to simplify our volunteer operations while strengthening community support.
The CST consists of three members aligned to Pastoral Care, Culture, and Operations & Buildings. This transition strengthens community support, streamlines volunteer roles, and ensures consistent processes across all campuses.
Our new CST team is:
• Bryan Tunley – CST Lead
• Daniel Morton – Pastoral Care
• Bryan Tunley – Culture
• Jerry Seeley – Buildings
If you have any questions, please speak to Dr Jodi Gordon or the new CST team. Thank you for your support.

Updated Sun Protection Requirements for Students
Dear Parents,
We would like to advise families of an update to OneSchool Global Australia's Sun Protection Policy.
Previously, students were required to wear hats outdoors during Terms 1 and 4 only. Under the updated policy, sun protection measures are now based on both the school term and the daily UV Index. The policy applies year-round and must be implemented whenever the UV Index is 3 or above .
To simplify implementation, the school will apply sun protection measures throughout Terms 1, 3 and 4 (from 1 August to 30 April), as well as at any other time when the UV Index is 3 or above.
When sun protection is required, students are expected to:
- Wear an approved sun protective hat when outdoors.
- Apply SPF 50+ sunscreen.
- Seek shade whenever possible.
As outlined in the policy, "No hat, no play" applies whenever sun protection measures are in effect. Students without an approved hat may be required to remain in designated shaded areas during outdoor activities.
To support implementation, we will commence the policy directive immediately and will require student to wear hats commencing this Monday, August 3 ; the school will also monitor daily UV levels and communicate sun protection requirements to students and staff as needed.
Thank you for your support in helping us promote safe sun protection habits for all students.
