Update from the Campus Principal

Campus Update

Over the past fortnight, our campus has been busy with a number of highlights and celebrations. A key event was Mission Nutrition Day, which was a fantastic success and provided an engaging, hands-on learning experience for our students. We extend our sincere thanks to the many staff who worked behind the scenes to bring the day to life, as well as to our canteen team for preparing and providing a healthy, student-friendly menu to support the initiative. It was a wonderful example of teamwork and community spirit across the campus.

We also recently joined the Term 2 Regional Assembly, enjoying the opportunity to connect with other campuses and see what students around Australia have been involved in so far this term. You can view the first of the Campus Captures video below.

We were proud to celebrate Mrs Schofield, who has been named on the 2026 Educator’s Rising Star list. Being recognised among Australia’s Top 40 teachers under 35 is a significant achievement, and we congratulate her on this well-deserved honour.

Looking ahead, our Student Leadership Team (SLT) is currently finalising plans for an end-of-term activity and fundraiser, with more details to be shared soon.

We also recently welcomed visitors to our campus, including Mrs Murray (Head of Primary), Mr Bridges (IT), Mrs Robinson (Head of Student Support) and Mrs Lee (Director of Teaching & Learning) and appreciate their ongoing support and positive feedback about the great work happening across our school.

It has been a productive and rewarding couple of weeks, and we look forward to sharing more with you soon.

- Dr Gordon

Student Leadership Team Update

The SLT would like to remind everyone to help keep our school clean and enjoyable for all students and staff. Please do make sure that you are picking up your rubbish to put into the bins and keeping the yard tidy. We also ask that students keep the locker areas and learning centre tidy as we have noticed an increase in paper and other items dotted around these spaces. These actions will help us create a respectful and clean school environment that will boost school culture.

Thanks for helping to do your part!

SLT.
